At Keepsakery, every book is custom-made just for you, using your photos, artwork, and keepsakes. Because of this, all Keepsakery products are final sale.

That said, we want you to feel confident and cared for throughout the process.

Proofing & Approval

Before your book is printed, you’ll receive an online proof to review. This is your chance to check layout, order, text, and overall design. We include free unlimited changes on the first proof to make sure everything feels just right before final approval.

Printing Issues or Errors

If your book arrives with a printing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before design work begins. Once digitizing, design, or proofing has started, cancellations are not available due to the custom nature of the work.
